Roadtrip

I made it back to work today. It wasn't so bad. Of course whenever you have any medical procedures done - when talking with friend or coworkers there's a lot of rehashing of all of their surgeries or conditions or whatever. I hope I don't become one of those people that tells everybody more than they need to know.

I came home at 11:00, MPH (my perfect husband) set up a window replacement estimate appointment, unfortunately he couldn't be here to meet with them.

My sister and I are planning a road trip that includes renting an RV in Las Vegas and driving RT on a trip through AZ. I've been dragging my feet on this for a little while, kind of neglecting to get into working out the details. I've had a dream of visiting the Anasazi cliff dwellings for years now - and this may help me to realize it - even if it's not in the full magnitude that I wanted it to be. I actually wanted to spend at least a few days exploring and going on tours and everything. With a week rental of an RV and driving over 900 miles RT, spending a few days at any one place on the trip may not be possible. Just to see them with my own eyeballs may be all I'll be able to do this trip. Maybe I'll save the upclose and personal when I can make the trip with MPH.

I need to spend some time bonding with my sister right now anyhow.

Well - I don't know where the glass guys are at. Maybe I'll post more later. I'm going to surf the Landsend site. Karen from work (that's not her real name - but she reminds me of Karen on Will & Grace) showed us the latest catalog and they have some nice cotton undies in there.

Later.
