I flubbed up the diet a little last night. I got dragged off to a chinese and then a mexican restaurant. I didn't eat badly but I couldn't count the point values at all. I put in the mexican food but not the chinese food. Mostly at the chinese restaurant I had salad, but I did get a few bites of chicken & pork mixed in with mushrooms.

Well, I have all week to make up for it.

I did 20 min on the exercise bike yesterday and 20 min on the treadmill - I don't know if I wrote that in yesterdays entry or not. It was amazing that my feet didn't hurt on the treadmill. I was just going to do it for a few minutes because I wanted to watch Ally McBeal on the tv on that side, but I ended up doing a whole 20 min. I did a circuit of the nautilus equipment also. I added it all up to about 5 activity points. Hopefully that'll make up for the splurge.

I didn't do anything today. I plan on going to water aerobics tomorrow though.

We have a new down comforter on the bed and it feels like heaven. We have a Tempurpedic king size bed, which is heavenly all by itself, but topped with a down comforter and I don't want to get out of bed. I'm not a late sleeper either. I'm usually up the moment my eyes fly open, but this morning I laid around until 9 or so.

I did a little shopping today, the stores were packed. I have the day off tomorrow so it shouldn't be so bad. School is still on. It's Columbus Day which I personally detest, but I'll take a day off with pay anyhow.

Saw Fred today, he didn't intro his girlfriend to us though, which was a little odd. It made me remember that it's been nearly 2 years since the helicopter accident. As we were driving the fog that we had this morning brought it all back.

MPH's brother Vic is ready to buy a new truck. He's put away a lot of money since moving here. I guess he's almost ready to pay cash for a home somewhere, but for now will probably just put it into a new vehicle. He'll save up more money later for the home. He's looking at a Dodge Ram Diesel crew cab. MPH was hooking him up with Dave Smith's in Kellogg, ID.

I bought the material to make a couple of Schlep bags. One patriotic one and as MPH says - a frou frou one. I guess I could get busy with that. I threw the material in the washer a little while ago. MPH is mesmerized by the boob tube right now. Damn missed the news again, oh well. There was a young woman murdered here recently and I guess the guy they arrested used to work for my younger sister. I haven't talked to her lately. I should probably call her and find out whats going on.

Well, I guess I better get off my butt and do something more productive.
