I had a little epiphany about work overnight. I'm wigging out about this deadline coming up - because I'm an enabler. My two lazy and stupid coworkers will never get it together - and it's going to affect me in failing this deadline. I'm trying to get assistance for them.One is always late - she was regularly up to 45 min late - until I started calling our boss at 30 min and asking if she was coming in that day. Now she's 15-20 min late every day. I just figured out that the other one leaves everyday 15 min early. One's slovenly and the other is an obsessive compulsive sicko. I've been trying to get assistance for us - but that's not going to fix the problem. I guess I'm going to have to let it go.
